Cookware Ear Handles

If you’re sourcing pot handles in China, you’ll find a lot of trading companies. We’re the actual factory — when you need a custom ear handle for a new pot design, the people making decisions about your mold are the same people packing your shipment.

Most of our cookware customers come to us with a problem: their current supplier sends handles that look great in the sample photo, but crack at the rivet point after 6 months. That’s almost always a material issue — they’re using a cheaper phenolic blend that saves a few cents per handle. We use a higher-density bakelite that costs us more, but it survives the dishwasher cycle and the stovetop heat without splitting.

For restaurants and heavy-use cookware lines, we also make stainless steel ear handles. The 304-grade version is the most popular. We can polish it, brush it, or leave it as a matte finish. Mounting is the same as the bakelite line, so you can switch between materials without changing the pot wall design.

The catalog has around 40 standard ear handle shapes. If your design isn’t in there, our tooling team can build a custom mold. We can support smaller runs for new cookware brands that are still testing the market.
