Looking for a bakelite handle factory that actually delivers on time? You’ve probably heard promises from suppliers who talk big but ship late. We get it — that’s why we focus on the boring stuff: on-time delivery, consistent quality, no surprises on the line.
We manufacture bakelite side grips for pots and pans, with bakelite molding and metal stamping both under one roof in our facility. That vertical setup means we control the lead time and keep an eye on quality at every step.
Why Cookware Brands Stick With Us
A 12-liter stockpot full of water weighs around 14 kg. Now imagine lifting that twice a day, every day, in a busy restaurant kitchen. The side grips take the worst of it — every grab is a tug, a twist, a small drop. Bakelite handles that aren’t engineered for that kind of stress will crack at the rivet hole within a year. Ours don’t, because we overbuild the mounting point and use a continuous steel core through the grip. It’s not fancy. It just works.
What We Actually Make
Two product lines, both sold direct from the factory:
- Bakelite side handles — our core line. Custom colors, custom logos, custom mounting patterns. MOQ starts at 500 pairs per SKU.
- Stainless steel side handles — for cookware lines where the brand wants a premium metal look. We stock 304 and 201 grade; 430 is available on request.
If you need both materials in one shipment, we can mix the container. No second supplier to chase, no second quality-control headache.
How We Keep Quality Consistent
Every batch goes through three checks: heat resistance (180°C for 30 minutes, no warping), pull strength (we test to 80 kg minimum per pair), and finish (no sharp edges, no color mismatch against the approved sample). We send you the test report with the shipment, not after.
Most of our long-term customers started with a 1,000-pair trial order. Drop us a message with your spec sheet and we’ll send back a quote within 24 hours, plus a free sample pack so you can test fit on your cookware before committing.
