Our bakelite saucepan handle is molded specifically for small pans: compact enough to fit a 14-18 cm saucepan, thick-walled to stay cool, and shaped so a home cook or a line cook can grip it firmly one-handed. Same phenolic resin our stockpots use, tuned down to saucepan scale.
Compact Fit for Small Pans
Unlike oversized pot handles, the saucepan handle sits tight to a shallow pan wall and does not throw off the balance of a small pan. Mounting works with rivets or screws on standard saucepan wall thicknesses, and we can adjust the hole pattern to your mold.
Stays Cool, Stays Secure
The phenolic material resists heat transfer, so the handle stays comfortable even when the pan is on a rolling boil. The surface is smooth but not slippery, giving a steady one-hand grip whether the pan is empty or full.
